Open Question: SERIOUS QUESTION (all other forums are dead ) Do I have to file a 2011 tax return if.........?

....if I opened my company at the beginning of this(2012) year ? I will register my LLC in state of Delaware next week and obtain a EIN number. Do I have to file a tax return with IRS this year before 2012 April 16 or no need for that ? My company simply did not exist last year. Thanks P.S.
