Open Question: which university is better?

I'm a Junior in college, and I need to start thinking of my options for college. I either want to go to 1.Pennstate 2. Coastal Carolina University 3. University of Delaware Which is better? Or a better question would be, can somebody say the good and bad of both schools? How hard it is to get into? Are they party schools? Hows the location?
